This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gather insights from customers by participating in calls, conducting brief interviews, and observing actual product usage.
• Compile and categorize feedback from customer-facing teams — including sales, deployment, and support — into coherent themes that the product team can address, ensuring those teams are informed that their input was valued.
• Develop sales materials such as one-pagers, demo scripts, feature explainers, and competitive highlights that assist the sales team in effectively communicating the product’s narrative.
• Present product features to customers and internal teams, demonstrating how a systems engineer using NX and a prime working in CATIA can verify against each other across all revisions, while maintaining up-to-date demo environments and materials as the product evolves.
• Support the product team in any tasks that advance the mission, including creating release notes, reviewing documentation, and testing new features prior to launch.
• 0–3 years of professional experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. The key is demonstrating initiative — whether through a project you completed, a club you led, or a role where you exceeded expectations.
• Excellent writing skills. Much of this role involves transforming disorganized input into clear, coherent output, and effective writing is essential to that process.
• A genuine interest in understanding how things function — including the product, the customer's context, and the reasons behind successful or unsuccessful deals. You ask insightful questions and truly listen to the responses.
• Commitment to follow-through. When you take on a task, you ensure its completion without requiring oversight.
• Familiarity with technology. While coding skills are not necessary, you will be demonstrating a technical product to engineers, so a willingness to learn it thoroughly is important.
• Openness and directness. When asked for your best estimate, you provide it without hesitation.
• Preferred but not mandatory: A portfolio showcasing your work — whether writing, videos, side projects, or anything that illustrates your ability to create.
• Experience in a customer-facing position, even informally (such as support, tutoring, or retail) where understanding customer needs was essential.
• Exposure to engineering, aerospace, defense, or any other technical field is advantageous.
• Must be a U.S. citizen residing within the United States.
• The expected compensation range for this position may differ based on experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business requirements.
• Besides the base salary, this position may also qualify for bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
