Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire a thorough understanding of the Ediphi platform to effectively guide and assist customers.

• Oversee customer implementations from the initial kickoff to successful adoption.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with customers to comprehend their estimating processes and facilitate the adoption of Ediphi.

• Provide engaging training and support customers through transitions with assurance.

• Manage timelines, milestones, and customer expectations throughout the implementation process.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to enhance adoption and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

• Work together with Sales, Data, and Support teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.

• Monitor customer progress, collect feedback, and advocate for enhancements to the product.

• Collaborate with the Makers team to test new features and share product insights.

• Travel to customer locations for implementations, training sessions, and industry events (approximately 30%).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or a similar industry position.

• Exceptional communication abilities with the capacity to convey new concepts to diverse audiences.

• Strong problem-solving skills paired with a customer-first approach.

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to evolving customer requirements.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

• A keen interest in learning new technologies and assisting customers in adopting innovative working methods.

• Experience in training, implementing new software, or engaging directly with customers is advantageous.
