Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements.

• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; configure and develop necessary product modifications to meet clients' needs.

• Serve as a liaison between the client and the technical teams.

• Work autonomously and independently.

• Analyze critical issues and defects, providing SAP/OMS+ solutions as needed.

• Leverage SAP knowledge and expertise to identify issues and opportunities for implementation.

• Coordinate and conduct unit tests, integration tests, and regression test cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and configuring SD modules, with at least 4 full-cycle implementation projects.

• Extensive experience with the SD functional module and a thorough understanding of cross-functional applications, integrating with other modules such as FI, MM, and LE.

• Strong knowledge of SD concepts, including customer and product hierarchy, catalogs, master contracts, variant configuration, serial numbers, batch management, pricing, make-to-order, stock transfer orders, material determination, text determination, partner determination, availability checks, and output types.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage several deliverables and projects simultaneously.

• General understanding of accounting business processes related to SD accounting documents.

• Knowledge of material management and DMS is preferred.
