This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.
β’ Collaborate with clients in a designated territory to maximize the value derived from Alpine software and enhance their business operations.
β’ Cultivate customer relationships and facilitate new business opportunities through software demonstrations, technical support, and expertise in the subject matter.
β’ Work alongside Sales to align with customer priorities, evaluate prospects, acquire new accounts, and promote growth within the territory.
β’ Assess plant operations to pinpoint enhancements in productivity, documentation, and workflows utilizing Alpine software.
β’ Oversee technical implementation projects, including the coordination of installations, business rule files, training initiatives, go-live assistance, and Help Desk transitions.
β’ Act as the territory software authority for escalated customer inquiries.
β’ Present new software features, articulate the value of releases, and aid in their adoption.
β’ Foster relationships with customer leadership, designers, estimators, production teams, and key users.
β’ Convert customer and market needs into themes, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requests for product enhancements.
β’ Collaborate with teams in Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Solutions Delivery.
β’ Clarify project scope, priorities, customer impacts, and desired outcomes with technical leads and development teams.
β’ Supply specifications, examples, workflow context, and end-user perspectives to development teams.
β’ Advocate for product direction, release value, customer impact, and adoption considerations both internally and externally.
β’ Assist in product releases by validating features, communicating updates, preparing field guidance, and collecting feedback post-release.
β’ A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, Construction Management, Marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred.
β’ An MBA or advanced training in product/business is advantageous.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in construction technology, component manufacturing, truss design, software consulting, software implementation, product management, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
β’ Experience in the technical implementation of software and customer training is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with the truss, building components, construction, or construction software industry is preferred.
β’ Background in customer interactions in service, support, consulting, implementation, sales engineering, or technical advisory roles.
β’ Experience with Agile software product development; knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, backlogs, user stories, and release planning is preferred.
β’ Strong skills in organization, project management, communication, and presentation.
β’ Self-motivated, energetic, independent, results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
β’ Capacity to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
β’ A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for territory travel.
