• Promote and sell products and services for a client in the pet-health sector.

• Engage with prospective customers and transform leads into loyal brand advocates.

• Assess protocols and assist pet owners in utilizing supplements effectively.

• Collaborate with leadership and utilize training tools to excel in sales while embodying Tribe’s values.

• Operate remotely leveraging various communication tools and platforms.

• Conduct regular phone and video consultations using the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom.

• Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for growth and sales excellence.

• Background, knowledge, or enthusiasm for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge authentic connections.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours daily, beginning at 8 AM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and necessary equipment.

• Fast, reliable laptop or desktop with a functional microphone, camera, and headset.

• Capability to operate the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Ethernet connection is strongly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency under approximately 150 ms, jitter under approximately 30 ms, and packet loss below approximately 1%.

• Commission-only pay structure with 20% commission on the gross margin of each sale.

• 8–18 appointments scheduled daily, with additional opportunities available if desired and successful in closing sales.

• Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions.
