Product Sales Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Promote products and services for a client in the pet health sector

• Engage with prospective customers and convert them into loyal brand advocates

• Evaluate protocols and assist pet owners in utilizing supplements effectively

• Collaborate with dedicated leaders and utilize training resources to enhance sales skills

• Embody Tribe's values and integrate seamlessly with company operations

• Conduct regular phone and video calls through the company’s communication tools and platforms

• Utilize the provided sales toolkit, which includes Rippling and Salesforce

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter driven by growth opportunities and a passion for sales excellence

• Background knowledge or a strong enthusiasm for health and wellness

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong ability to build authentic relationships and communicate effectively

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, starting at 8 AM CST

• Reliable internet connection and equipment

• Fast and dependable laptop or desktop computer

• Functional microphone, camera, and headset

• Capability to operate the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred

• Minimum dedicated download bandwidth of 10 Mbps and upload bandwidth of 5 Mbps

• Latency under approximately 150 ms

• Jitter under around 30 ms

• Packet loss under approximately 1%
