Product Sales Specialist, Hematology – Urinanalysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Driving sales expansion, market development, and clinical adoption of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Hematology and Urinalysis solutions.

• Deliver advanced technical and scientific support to the sales team regarding Hematology and Urinalysis solutions.

• Contribute to profitable sales growth within the designated market for the assigned customer portfolio in collaboration with the sales team.

• Conduct field demonstrations of Beckman Coulter instruments and reagents at customer locations.

• Organize and lead customer meetings to address intricate technical subjects and assist in defining and finalizing solutions for public tenders and bids.

• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers.

• Perform follow-up visits to customers to confirm installation status, support system adoption, and strengthen customer loyalty.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Laboratory Techniques, or a related scientific discipline.

• Several years of experience as an Application Specialist, Product Sales Specialist, or Medical Laboratory Technician in either public or private hospital laboratories.

• Strong knowledge of Hematology; experience with Beckman Coulter Hematology instrumentation is regarded as a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in standard IT tools and personal computing.

• Fluent in Italian and English, with proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.

• Willing to travel up to 80–90% of the time within the Central Italy territory/Italy.

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
