This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Facilitate consultative discovery discussions to understand customer workflows, business challenges, and success metrics.
• Convert customer requirements into customized Adobe solution recommendations encompassing Document Cloud and Creative Cloud products.
• Create and present impactful, tailored product demonstrations that resonate with customer use cases and industry contexts.
• Work closely with ICX Sales Advisors to propel opportunities through the sales cycle and assist in closing deals.
• Shape deal strategies by effectively positioning solutions, articulating use cases, discussing ROI and value, and emphasizing competitive advantages.
• Propel momentum on opportunities to improve pipeline conversion rates and opportunity closure ratios.
• Act as the primary specialist resource for growth products.
• Offer expert guidance and insights to customers regarding product usage and best practices.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of Adobe’s Document Cloud and related collaboration solutions.
• Background in solution consulting, presales, product sales, or consultative selling roles.
• Strong capability to conduct discovery conversations and align product functionalities with customer business needs.
• Experience in influencing complex sales opportunities through effective value articulation and solution positioning.
• Proven track record of delivering engaging product demonstrations and personalized customer presentations.
• Involvement in sales cycles, including deal strategy, objection handling, and procurement discussions.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Capacity to build credibility with both sales teams and customer stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support teams.
