Product Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Expand and enhance Stripe’s Product Management and Strategy & Operations teams throughout the AMER region.

• Manage the complete recruitment process.

• Develop hiring strategies and address key business requirements within the Product organization.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to grasp hiring goals and meet headcount targets.

• Work alongside recruiting analytics to ensure precise reporting of hiring progress.

• Establish cross-departmental partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance, and additional teams.

• Create robust candidate pipelines through branding, events, and employee referral programs.

• Present key metrics and insights to inform decisions and enhance processes.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience is highly preferred).

• Experience collaborating with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process, serving as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor.

• Strong sense of agency; ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic organization and thrive with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

• Demonstrated ability to attract passive candidates and cultivate diverse pipelines.

• Proactive and data-oriented approach to problem-solving; capability to analyze trends and utilize insights to enhance process efficiency.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
