Product Quality Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Work closely with a team of 3 QA Engineers to deliver software through Continuous Delivery (CD).

• Conduct manual testing on both web and mobile platforms to guarantee top-notch user experiences.

• Assist in assessing the completeness and clarity of acceptance criteria (AC) and suggest enhancements as needed.

• Create test cases and oversee testing activities utilizing Qase Test Management or similar tools.

• Manage various tasks and priorities in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

• Utilize AI tools creatively to boost productivity, enhance quality, and speed up delivery.

• Actively engage in team discussions by identifying risks, formulating test plans, and ensuring consistency in quality and coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of QA experience in fast-paced settings, preferably with regular production releases.

• Extensive experience in writing and evaluating acceptance criteria that lead to clear, testable results.

• Proficient in testing both mobile applications and web platforms.

• Capable of working independently with little supervision while effectively collaborating with the team.

• A quick learner who excels in adapting to changing priorities and project demands.

• Knowledge of test case management tools like BrowserStack or similar.

• Bonus: Experience with Postman, SQL, and/or accounting software.
