Product Owner – Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are eager to influence the digital transformation of public administration by contributing your innovative ideas in a dynamic working environment.

• In the role of Product Owner (m/f/d), you will guide the requirements gathering and implementation process alongside your team and clients, all the way to the release and ongoing enhancement of a software application.

• By participating in a project aimed at establishing the communication infrastructure for public administration digitalization, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation forward.

• You will serve as a liaison between clients and the development team, converting their needs into actionable requirements.

• You will assess new requirements and create user stories based on your analysis.

• Collaborating with your team and clients, you will establish the product backlog, set ongoing sprint goals, and plan releases.

• As the main point of contact for our clients, you will impress them with your excellent communication skills.

• Together with your team, you will ensure quality assurance and the dependable delivery of new features and releases.

• You will collaborate closely with other teams, subprojects, and consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or an equivalent qualification, preferably in a technical discipline.

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for navigating complex topics in a systematic manner.

• A team-oriented and reliable working style with high quality standards, and a genuine enjoyment of collaboration with clients and team members.

• Clear, effective, and proactive communication abilities.

• Some prior experience as a Product Owner, ideally in agile software development initiatives.

• Willingness to travel and excellent proficiency in German (C2 or native speaker).
