This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Configure and provide support for Salesforce Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice, encompassing omnichannel routing, case management, and telephony integration.
• Oversee user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and fundamental Salesforce administration tasks.
• Conduct routine maintenance and updates across Salesforce environments.
• Engage in Agile/Scrum sprints.
• Convert product requirements into configuration, testing, and release management strategies.
• Administer and enhance patient-facing Experience Cloud sites.
• Implement Einstein Analytics and Next Best Action frameworks, including insights and rule-based recommendations.
• Facilitate integration and data flow between Salesforce Data Cloud and internal systems.
• Supervise data integrity, deduplication, and security measures.
• Create and deliver user training sessions.
• Maintain process documentation and a knowledge base for the system.
• Ensure that solutions comply with HIPAA and organizational security standards.
• Collaborate across functions with product managers, developers, business analysts, and operations teams to enhance CRM systems that support Patient Support Hub services.
• May require travel up to 20% for customer and team meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be accepted in place of formal education.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, ideally with Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
• Background in supporting healthcare, life sciences, or patient support services.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams in a product-driven setting.
• Practical experience integrating Service Cloud Voice, Next Best Action, or Data Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in creating flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capability to identify issues and implement scalable solutions within an Agile framework.
• Experience managing large data sets, including imports/exports and integrations.
• Familiarity with working in sprints, managing JIRA tickets, and taking part in release cycles.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, object relationships, Lightning Experience, and the security model.
• Functional knowledge of case management, telephony integration, and structures of Experience Cloud sites.
• Awareness of HIPAA compliance and principles of CRM data privacy.
• Comprehension of data modeling and data flows between external systems and Salesforce.
• Functional knowledge of patient support services, including benefit verification, prior authorization, appeals, and free goods.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for customer and team meetings.
