Product Owner / Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• This position is designed to transform recurring custom agent builds into a cohesive, reusable product: managing the backlog, outlining the requirements, and establishing a feedback loop among clients, delivery, and engineering.

• You will take charge of the *how* and the *when*, significantly contribute to the *what*, and evolve into understanding the *why*.

• You serve as the vital link among four departments: AI Enablement / Engineering, Delivery, Revenue, and Ops / Finance / Compliance.

• Organize, prioritize, and conduct standups and reviews to ensure delivery remains on schedule.

• Convert a signed Statement of Functionality into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team to develop.

• Maintain a balance between reusable and custom solutions, enhancing the ratio over time.

• Establish success criteria at the outset, implement the metrics, and guide pilots towards successful conversion.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS, services technology, or AI/automation.

• Proven history of launching tangible products in collaboration with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills; genuinely at ease in client-facing roles with U.S. companies.

• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with funnels, conversion metrics, and at least spreadsheet-level (preferably SQL-level) proficiency with data.

• Rigor in requirements: you draft specifications, stories, and acceptance criteria that minimize the possibility of misinterpretation.

• High tolerance for ambiguity and early-stage development — adept at defining processes rather than following existing ones.
