Product Owner / Product Manager – AI Product Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Xenon7 and client stakeholders to identify product needs, workflows, and documentation specifications.

• Assist in defining and organizing product requirements for a multi-agent AI solution.

• Convert business and stakeholder feedback into precise requirements for the technical team.

• Work alongside the development team throughout the product build and deployment phases.

• Facilitate communication among client stakeholders, Xenon7, and the technical team.

• Aid in documenting product decisions, requirements, and references in a clear manner.

• Partner with a designer on UI/UX specifications if the project scope includes dedicated design support.

• Utilize product/project management tools to manage requirements, documentation, and project milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in LATAM with excellent English skills, capable of working during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or similar product-focused roles.

• Background in a startup or product-driven organization.

• Proficient in collaborating with technical teams and client/business stakeholders.

• Familiar with product/project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or comparable platforms.

• Experience utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude at a moderate level in daily tasks.

• Strong product sensibility and capability to analyze practical product challenges.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Comfortable in a remote, cross-functional work environment.
