This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for the strategic advancement concerning the connection and integration of practice management systems along with the telematics infrastructure.
• Comprehension of telemedicine care concepts, as well as the PVS market and TI.
• Oversee product features from ideation and conception through to development and successful implementation.
• Manage and prioritize the associated product backlog effectively.
• Responsible for the integration and further enhancement of TI components (e.g., ePA (electronic patient record), eRezept (e-prescription), KIM, eAU (electronic sick note)).
• Collaborate closely with development teams, UX/UI, sales, and project managers.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, security-related, and data protection mandates.
• Assess user needs and convert them into specific requirements.
• Responsible for planning and executing releases while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Define and evaluate KPIs for measuring success.
• Assist in certification and approval processes.
• Facilitate communication with external partners, service providers, and customers.
• Support sales initiatives in the market and participate in meetings with product expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Medical Informatics, Health Management, or a similar qualification.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar capacity with a focus on PVS and TI.
• Profound knowledge of the telematics infrastructure and pertinent standards and interfaces (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
• Good understanding of practice management systems and workflows in medical settings.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and moderation abilities.
• Organized, independent, and solution-oriented working approach.
• Experience in navigating regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
• High degree of responsibility when handling sensitive health data.
• Capability to present and articulate complex issues clearly.
• Proficient in both German and English.
