This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gibraltar.
• Take ownership of the product backlog, oversee sprint planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve key milestones.
• Monitor KPIs, evaluate performance metrics, and uncover opportunities to enhance speed, stability, and user experience across registration, payments, and account services.
• Partner with designers to develop intuitive platform experiences and enhance usability across both web and mobile interfaces.
• Facilitate delivery coordination among engineering, design, and operations teams, ensuring alignment and accountability for platform initiatives.
• Transform complex business requirements into technical solutions through stakeholder engagement and the definition of technical specifications.
• Rapidly acclimate to existing systems and processes to sustain delivery momentum from day one.
• Over 3 years of experience in product management with a focus on digital platforms (payments, fraud prevention, account management, or gaming).
• Experience in cross-functional leadership, managing engineering, design, and operations teams in product delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills with UX/Design, demonstrating expertise in user experience optimization and design partnerships.
• Ability to create technical solutions by translating business needs into detailed technical specifications and facilitating system integrations.
• Proven history of managing the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation.
• Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and analytics software.
• Immediate availability to join and a capability to quickly integrate into a fast-paced delivery environment.
