Product Owner – Non Lending MSME Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Responsible for developing, enhancing, and managing cash management solutions for MSME clients, including business dashboards and operational support services.

• Ensure that the solutions meet customer needs, provide a convenient digital experience, and drive growth in CASA, transactions, and fee revenue for the bank.

• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and growth directions for the MSME cash management solution team.

• Research customer needs, market trends, and competitor solutions to propose new initiatives.

• Design and improve features such as: business dashboards, cash flow management, revenue tracking, account balance monitoring, and tools to support business operations.

• Build and manage the product backlog, determining the priority of development requirements.

• Collaborate with Business, Data, Operations, Risk, and Technology units to implement products and new initiatives.

• Monitor product effectiveness through business KPIs and propose optimization solutions.

• Lead or participate in digital transformation initiatives to enhance the MSME customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in SME Banking, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Payments, or Digital Banking.

• Experience in product management or leading product/service development initiatives.

• Understanding of cash flow management, payment needs, and operational requirements of corporate clients.

• Customer-centric mindset, product thinking, and decision-making skills based on data.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and effective cross-unit collaboration.
