This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it aligns with the strategic objectives of the company and meets stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including development, design, data, and business stakeholders, to guarantee impactful deliveries.
• Convert business requirements into clear and detailed user stories for the development team.
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate planning sessions, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent and effective communication.
• Lead the establishment of the product vision, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic goals.
• Monitor market trends and implement best practices to enhance product strategy and execution.
• Take responsibility for minimizing registration issues by driving initiatives, functionally specifying rules, and understanding and documenting business needs.
• Demonstrated experience in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of business operations and experience in mapping business rules.
• Familiarity with banking products, customer registration processes, data governance, and the establishment of business rules for registration.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid business acumen with the capability to link product initiatives to organizational outcomes.
