Product Owner – Middle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the product backlog.

• Convert business objectives into well-defined product requirements and user stories.

• Prioritize projects based on their business impact, customer value, and technical complexity.

• Lead the delivery of features from discovery through to release and post-launch assessment.

• Ensure the quality and readiness of the product throughout the development lifecycle.

• Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders.

• Align product solutions with the Risk Team, Compliance, CRM, and Operations departments.

• Facilitate effective communication between business and development teams.

• Engage in roadmap planning and sprint ceremonies.

• Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and market trends.

• Identify opportunities to enhance UX, retention, and conversion rates.

• Prepare well-structured and concise product documentation (including Product Vision, BRD, and presentations).

• Define acceptance criteria and ensure a shared understanding across all teams.

• Maintain transparency regarding priorities, risks, and delivery schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in digital products.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong capabilities in backlog management and requirements definition.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• An analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.

• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English and a strong command of Russian.
