Product Owner (Mid-level)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the squad to assist the team in guiding deliveries and enhancing the product.

• Articulate, communicate, and consistently uphold the product vision, goals, and strategy.

• Ensure that the Product Backlog remains transparent, prioritized, visible, and comprehensible to all stakeholders.

• Prioritize, detail, and oversee stories, epics, and features to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Organize functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and objective format.

• Collaborate with other Product Owners, Project Managers, stakeholders, and partner teams to ensure cohesive decision-making and deliveries.

• Steer the product strategy throughout its entire lifecycle, including roadmap development, releases, evolution, and prioritization.

• Support the product development team by fostering focus, engagement, collaboration, and a sense of purpose.

• Conduct market research and analysis to aid in product evolution and informed decision-making.

• Define and validate Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), test hypotheses, and support discovery and experimentation initiatives.

• Analyze user behavior to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

• Guide the creation of prototypes and assist in defining customer-centered solutions.

• Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in the product and methodologies.

• Manage strategic priorities, timelines, and resources while balancing business needs and delivery capacity.

• Connect corporate strategy, products, and teams, facilitating consistent deliveries aligned with expected value.

• Prior experience as a Product Owner or in similar product roles.

• Familiarity with financial products.

• Experience with agile methodologies and working within multidisciplinary squads.

• Ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities.
