• Serve as the customer's representative, taking charge of defining and prioritizing product requirements and features.
• Guarantee the development and delivery of valuable products that align with customer needs and the company's business objectives.
• Outline the product roadmap in accordance with the company’s vision and strategy.
• Facilitate, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, converting them into epics and user stories.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure a clear understanding and accurate implementation of requirements.
• Oversee the product backlog, prioritizing user stories based on value, risk, and customer needs.
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies to ensure the continuous delivery of value.
• Conduct user testing to validate developed features, ensuring high product quality.
• Maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
• Track product performance in the market, gather customer feedback, and implement iterative improvements.
