This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• You will be responsible for advancing the MDM as a strategic corporate platform, ensuring unique identity, data quality, governance, and integration of master data for customers that support transactional products, CRM, marketing, analytics, and ongoing AI initiatives within the company, which will be accelerated from these foundations.
• Your role is to transform complex business needs (regulatory, operational, and experiential) into scalable product capabilities, with a focus on real and measurable impact.
• Define and evolve the product vision of MDM as the central platform for customer domain.
• Act as the owner of the MDM backlog, prioritizing deliveries driven by business value, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct continuous discovery with Business, Operations, CRM, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology areas.
• Lead critical themes such as:
• - Data Quality (IQC) and data metrics
• - Unique Identity and Golden Record
• - Decision workflows for match, merge, and exception handling
• - Validation and enrichment of records
• Ensure alignment between MDM, the single customer vision, and consuming platforms (CRM, digital channels, loyalty, transactional processes, among others).
• Work closely with architects, engineering, and data teams to ensure technical quality, scalability, and governance.
• Support the company's strategic initiatives, such as Tax Reform, international expansion, and acceleration of existing AI initiatives.
• Define and track OKRs and success metrics, ensuring transparency and a focus on results.
• Experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Manager, leading platform, data, or core system products.
• Experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong ability to translate between business and technology.
• Practical knowledge in areas such as:
• - Master Data Management (MDM)
• - Data governance and quality
• - System integrations
• - Data platforms, CDP, or CRM ecosystems
• Ability to prioritize based on value, risk, and impact, rather than just demand.
• Clear communication, autonomy, and influencing skills.
