Product Owner – Influencer Marketing Solution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop a comprehensive product vision for a central influencer marketing platform that integrates various components along the journey.

• You will analyze existing systems and processes, deriving concrete optimization measures to enhance transparency and efficiency.

• You will create functional requirements and concepts for influencer management, performance tracking, and customer success.

• You will translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and roadmaps, prioritizing them according to clear corporate objectives.

• You will collaborate with an agile development team to ensure efficient delivery.

• You will work closely with stakeholders from influencer marketing, influencer operations, and data to ensure alignment.

• You will establish a data-driven decision-making foundation to evaluate influencer performance and platform usage.

• You will identify dependencies between systems and develop a scalable platform architecture.

• You will take ownership of releases and features—from conception through to go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have solid professional experience as a Product Owner in a dynamic digital commerce environment.

• Ideally, you have previously worked on CRM, marketing, or platform solutions—preferably within the influencer, creator, or performance marketing context.

• You possess experience in analyzing and enhancing existing systems as well as in conceptualizing new digital products.

• You have the ability to translate complex functional requirements into clear, actionable product solutions.

• You are proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar systems.

• You combine strategic thinking with operational execution strength, maintaining oversight even in complex system landscapes.

• You have strong communication and moderation skills, successfully bringing together different stakeholders.

• You work in a structured, self-reliant manner with high motivation in a dynamic environment that offers ample scope for creativity.

• You possess fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
