Product Owner III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and guide the product vision, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, business priorities, and strategic goals.

• Prioritize and oversee product backlogs to enhance business value and expedite the delivery of impactful digital solutions.

• Convert customer feedback and market insights into actionable product improvements that enhance user experience and adoption rates.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional Agile teams to provide scalable, reliable products that promote operational excellence and customer success.

• Facilitate seamless integration across OEM systems, service tools, and data platforms to create cohesive user experiences.

• Set clear product objectives, metrics, and outcomes that foster continuous improvement and deliver measurable business results.

• Lead effective planning and execution efforts, ensuring teams stay focused on creating customer-centered solutions.

• Influence stakeholders throughout the organization to harmonize priorities, eliminate barriers, and achieve successful product outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a college or university, or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience is required.

• SAFe® Product Owner/Agile Product Manager (POPM) certification is preferred.

• Strong expertise in Agile product ownership with the capacity to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical factors.

• Proven ability to lead through influence, foster alignment across matrixed organizations, and promote cross-functional collaboration.

• A strong customer focus, business acumen, and analytical skills to transform complex challenges into valuable product solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of articulating product strategy, priorities, and outcomes effectively.

• A growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, Lean-Agile principles, and delivering measurable business value.
