Product Owner II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of backlog strategy and prioritization, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and product vision.

• Work closely with Product Managers to articulate and drive the execution of the roadmap.

• Lead weekly planning sessions, manage capacity, and forecast delivery timelines.

• Proactively identify and address technical dependencies, risks, and potential bottlenecks.

• Craft and refine intricate user stories that provide clear business and technical context, and oversee acceptance testing to uphold quality standards.

• Manage release planning, timelines, and coordination across teams.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (such as standups, grooming, planning, and retrospectives) and collaborate closely with engineering to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.

• Serve as a primary stakeholder interface, managing cross-functional communication and expectations, while analyzing delivery metrics to continuously enhance team processes.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite delivery, guide product decisions, and discover opportunities to integrate AI into product features and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role (equivalent experience will be considered).

• Extensive experience in leading agile teams and overseeing delivery processes.

• Advanced proficiency in delivery tools such as Jira, Shortcut, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across various teams.

• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills, complemented by deep analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of system architecture, dependencies, and technical concepts.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, post-merger environment where systems, priorities, and structures are still in flux.
