📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle for the digital event platform—from its vision and strategy to backlog management, sprint planning, and release execution.

• Develop, manage, and prioritize a dynamic product backlog that aligns with business goals and stakeholder requirements.

• Create and maintain roadmaps, user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.

• Act as the customer representative and primary advocate for users during agile ceremonies (such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives).

• Ensure the technical integrity and feasibility of feature delivery through collaboration with Development, Quality Assurance, User Experience, and Operations teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event technology, including vendor management.

• Play a significant role in maintaining quality control and be the sole team member authorized to mark stories as complete.

• Oversee daily operations of the event platform, including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

• Lead comprehensive Event Technology initiatives, utilizing research and discovery, developing user flows, wireframes, and stories (in collaboration with UX/Design), and continuously optimizing in an Agile framework using Scrum methodology.

• Define and enhance operational workflows pertaining to event creation, setup, customer support, analytics, and post-event follow-up.

• Identify and address platform-related issues and obstacles promptly, prioritizing a customer-first approach.

• Collaborate with marketing, events, customer support, and vendor partners to ensure flawless event execution.

• Act as the sole point of contact among marketing, portfolio owners, experience teams, and development.

• Facilitate the gathering of business requirements and effectively communicate technical possibilities, timelines, and impacts.

• Maintain transparency and alignment by ensuring backlog visibility and providing regular updates for stakeholders.

• Utilize data and analytics (such as Adobe, Tableau, VOC, etc.) to inform decisions, evaluate performance, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

• Serve as a data steward for their area, responsible for defining, measuring, and synthesizing the needs and outputs of the data assets related to their backlog, while also understanding the interconnections of PMI’s enterprise data assets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level Digital Experience Owner with extensive knowledge of Product Design and Digital strategies.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business, product development, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in digital product management or digital experience roles, ideally in events, platforms, or e-commerce.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing agile teams and digital products within an enterprise context.

• Strong grasp of digital event delivery models, UX design, and cross-platform integration.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, marketing, portfolio leaders, product managers, and product owners.

• Demonstrated capability to drive both strategic vision and detailed execution.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to convert business needs into clear, actionable documentation for cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and UX.

• Proven leadership in backlog grooming, story writing, and sprint planning.

• High attention to detail focused on delivering business value and exceptional user experiences.

• Proficient in visual documentation tools such as Miro or Visio for mapping data flows, workflows, and customer journeys.

• Experience in defining and documenting data inputs/outputs, integrations, and success criteria for APIs and third-party platforms.

• Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset.
