Product Owner, Elements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Convert strategic initiatives from PM into detailed product specifications.

• Oversee the entire delivery process: from specifications to development, QA, and release.

• Manage a prioritized backlog that aligns with the company's objectives.

• Address critical client issues and resolve deal-breakers.

• Assist GTM teams by providing product knowledge and viable solutions.

• Lead efforts to enhance internal products and reduce technical debt.

• Ensure the product is stable, scalable, and of high quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.

• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise product environments.

• Proficient in delivery and backlog management.

• Skilled in drafting clear product specifications.

• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams.

• Fluent in English (C1 level).
