Product Owner – Elements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Convert PM strategic initiatives into detailed product specifications.

• Manage the entire delivery lifecycle: from specification to development, QA, and release.

• Keep a prioritized backlog that aligns with the company's objectives.

• Address critical client issues and resolve deal-breakers.

• Assist GTM teams with product expertise and solutions.

• Propel internal product enhancements and reduce technical debt.

• Ensure the product's stability, scalability, and high quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.

• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise product environments.

• Exceptional skills in delivery and backlog management.

• Proven experience in drafting clear product specifications.

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams.

• Proficiency in English (C1 level).
