Product Owner – Duck Creek

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders concerning the product.

• Work together with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity of requirements, alignment of solutions, and readiness for testing.

• Engage in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.

• Craft clear and concise user stories that include well-defined acceptance criteria.

• Conduct product demonstrations for business stakeholders.

• Oversee and mentor a team of 2–5 Business Analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 6–8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or digital product delivery.

• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

• Familiarity with Duck Creek, Guidewire, or other similar Policy Administration platforms.

• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance workflows and systems.

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, product ownership, or delivery leadership.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
