This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Curate, prioritize, and manage the team backlog, ensuring that items are prepared for planning and aligned with the product strategy.

• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and work closely with UX design and engineering teams on specifications and testability.

• Establish and maintain the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done in collaboration with the team.

• Ensure the delivery of PI Objectives while identifying potential risks and dependencies.

• Accept or reject completed backlog items based on established acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done.

• Track and report on team KPIs, promoting transparency through backlogs, boards, and metrics.

• Guarantee built-in quality, testability, and readiness for automation across backlog items.

• Collaborate with other Product Owners and Architects to manage interfaces, dependencies, and integration requirements.

• Pursue continuous improvement in processes, practices, and product outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner in an agile software development setting, particularly in Data, Reporting, and AI.

• Strong capability to convert product roadmaps into specific backlog items and actionable requirements.

• Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) and effective backlog management practices.

• Comprehensive understanding of Product Management and a passion for collaborating with customers to innovate.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities—capable of clarifying intent, aligning priorities, and engaging with customers.

• Analytical, structured, and value-oriented mindset with the capacity to balance competing priorities.

• Proficiency in English.
