This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Product Roadmap Implementation: Leverage your industry knowledge to turn innovative concepts into significant features, guiding them from inception to execution! You will create vital documents and utilize your communication abilities to articulate complex ideas, inspiring and directing our design and engineering teams toward achievement.
• Feature Prioritization: Influence the future by defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements, utilizing your industry insights, market research, customer feedback, stakeholder contributions, and competitive evaluations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth alignment with business and customer objectives, while negotiating effectively.
• Customer Insights and Data Analysis: Engage with customers to gather essential feedback, analyze data-driven insights, and make informed decisions that propel product development.
• Conduct Product Demonstrations and Promote Continuous Improvement: You will lead product demos to showcase value differentiation and gather feedback, ensuring stakeholder alignment. Furthermore, you will foster continuous improvement by identifying enhancements and making data-driven decisions to amplify product value.
• Domain Knowledge: An individual who possesses expertise in Telco B2B enterprise customer/commercial order management and provisioning processes, having served as a product owner, solution designer, analyst, or subject matter expert in this area.
• Software Package Experience: A candidate with hands-on experience in using, designing, or gathering requirements for Telco Customer Order Management software packages (Salesforce, Amdocs, Ericsson, ServiceNow, Cloud Sense, etc.).
• Inquisitive Nature: A person who is vibrantly curious, values everyone’s unique skills, and effectively utilizes these strengths throughout the product development process.
• Sense of Ownership: A dedicated individual who fully embraces accountability for the product, making informed decisions to steer it toward success.
