Product Owner – Casino

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the Casino products, including both Casino and Live Casino offerings.

• Guide, shape, and propel the execution of our Casino product roadmap.

• Manage the complete process flows for bonus journeys and features, develop new functionalities, refine existing products, and ensure the final outcome is robust and adaptable across jurisdictions.

• Prioritize tasks, create epics and user stories in collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure focus on high-value initiatives.

• Maintain a transparent, visible, and comprehensible product backlog, ensuring effective communication.

• Regularly perform market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with the development team to convert product requirements into user stories complete with acceptance criteria.

• Lead agile product development activities, including product releases, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product features.

• Continuously track key metrics and gather stakeholder feedback to enhance and optimize product performance through data-driven decision-making.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to address live issues and guide the prioritization of resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role within the iGaming industry, either in a platform or operator capacity.

• Proven track record in leading a Product Management function in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, agile, and/or digital setting.

• Skilled in transforming complex business requirements into clear epics, stories, and tasks.

• Highly organized, methodical, and diligent in approach.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• A proactive problem solver who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong networking and influencing capabilities.

• Genuine passion for crafting outstanding products and user experiences.

• A hands-on individual with a strategic outlook.

• Proficient in conducting competitor analysis and staying current with industry trends.

• Capable of managing error investigations and escalating issues to third parties.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner or a similar product-focused certification is advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with remote teams across different time zones is beneficial.
