• Guide client and internal teams towards a unified alignment, proactively addressing conflicts among business priorities, delivery limitations, and user requirements before they escalate into obstacles.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as a reliable and credible point of contact for product decisions, trade-offs, and strategic guidance.
• Simultaneously lead discovery and delivery by upholding a clear, prioritized roadmap that represents user needs, client objectives, and technical realities, while keeping the team focused on outcomes rather than outputs.
• Advocate for the integration of AI tools throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), enhancing research, analysis, and requirements processes, as well as improving the efficiency and quality of delivery cycles; actively mentor your team and clients on practical applications.
• Exhibit executive presence in all client interactions by communicating with clarity, confidence, and authority, whether presenting a roadmap, navigating scope discussions, or managing escalations.
• Recognize risks related to delivery, stakeholder alignment, and commercial health; address them early with suggested mitigations and lead the response when swift action is required.
• Take full or shared ownership of the product roadmap, utilizing insights from users, data, and client strategy to make informed prioritization choices and clearly articulate the rationale to all organizational levels.
• Spot opportunities to extend or expand Valtech's engagements within your accounts, facilitating commercial discussions with delivery credibility and strategic insight.

• Proficiency in the French language is mandatory, encompassing both conversational and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within a digital consultancy or agency setting, with a history of leading product delivery for complex client engagements.
• Demonstrated capability to align cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders around a shared product vision by confidently navigating competing priorities, ambiguity, and organizational complexity.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, able to articulate problems, present solutions, and navigate challenging discussions with clarity and credibility across all levels, from delivery teams to C-suite executives.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools to expedite the SDLC, including areas such as AI-assisted synthesis, requirements generation, prototyping, documentation, delivery reporting, and development, with the ability to meaningfully introduce these practices to teams and clients.
• A genuine curiosity about the application of AI and emerging technology in product work, keeping abreast of developments, experimenting with new tools, and providing informed insights on their practicality and value.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs end-to-end, possessing a keen instinct for prioritization and a clear methodology for making and communicating trade-off decisions.
• Solid understanding of commercial dynamics, including SOW management, budget health, and the connection between delivery decisions and revenue/margin outcomes for both Valtech and clients.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments, capable of adapting frameworks to meet the needs of the engagement instead of applying them rigidly.
• A proven track record of developing others, whether through formal mentorship, line management, or leading by example within a team context.
• A natural collaborator and connector, fostering alignment among people through clarity, empathy, and conviction rather than authority.
• Exhibiting strong intellectual curiosity, particularly regarding the rapidly evolving AI landscape and its implications for the development and management of digital products.
• A confident and polished communicator, adept at adjusting communication styles for different audiences and comfortably engaging in both technical discussions with engineers and strategic conversations at the board level.
• Possessing strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities within client relationships and help cultivate them responsibly.
• Leading by example on engagements, establishing high standards for quality, professionalism, and creative ambition in the execution of work.
• Emphasizing outcomes over outputs, prioritizing the genuine impact and value of work rather than merely completing tasks.
• Demonstrating strong initiative and a clear bias towards action, balanced with the judgment to pause, align stakeholders, and proceed with clarity when necessary.
• A comprehensive insurance plan that allows you to select the module that best fits your needs—Gold, Silver, or Bronze. The employer may cover up to 80% of your premium depending on the chosen module, including short- and long-term disability coverage.
• Virtual healthcare services through Dialogue via Sun Life, enabling consultations with healthcare professionals for emergencies, prescription renewals, and more. You also have access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program, along with a complete mental health support initiative.

• Access to a flexible vacation policy under Valtech's guidelines to support your work-life balance, with 5 days available during your probation period and a prorated amount calculated for the remainder of the year.
