Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Convert high-level product strategies into detailed epics, requirements, and actionable deliverables

• Maintain alignment with business objectives, user requirements, market limitations, and regulatory frameworks throughout the delivery process

• Manage the product backlog, challenge project scope, and eliminate low-impact tasks

• Monitor timelines, identify potential risks and obstacles, and ensure all commitments are fulfilled

• Analyze data, user flows, and edge scenarios

• Draft requirements and acceptance criteria

• Confirm that delivered products address the intended issues

• Facilitate alignment among Engineering, Design, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and Project teams towards common objectives

• Act as the central source of truth regarding project scope and status

• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions to executive stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product roles such as Product Owner or Product Manager within the fintech, cryptocurrency, or payments sectors

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency products, including wallets, on/off-ramps, cards, and trading mechanisms

• Proficient in business analysis, encompassing requirements gathering and user flow design

• Ability to make data-driven decisions; familiarity with SQL/BI tools is an advantage

• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams

• Strong execution discipline with a proven ability to translate broad objectives into actionable, measurable plans

• Excellent command of English, with clear written communication for requirements and confident verbal communication skills
