Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead the efforts in product discovery by identifying, shaping, and validating issues, opportunities, and potential solutions prior to development.

• Convert business requirements into product definitions, project scope, priorities, and delivery strategies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to establish hypotheses and validate them through research, data analysis, and experimentation.

• Outline product direction, scope, and delivery strategies that align with business objectives and execution plans.

• Own and continuously enhance the product backlog.

• Create well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.

• Partner with development, UX/UI, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies.

• Ensure alignment among stakeholders and technical teams around clarity, focus, and shared understanding.

• Validate deliverables to meet business and user expectations.

• Manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely execution, high-quality outcomes, and alignment with business goals.

• Coordinate teams, monitor delivery progress, and track advancements across shifting priorities, multiple projects, and evolving environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in participating or leading product discovery processes, including user research, problem definition, and validation.

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role.

• Background in application development projects, including web and/or mobile platforms.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Capability to transform business needs into structured, actionable requirements.

• Experience working collaboratively with technical and design teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty and perform effectively in dynamic environments.

• Experience managing multiple clients or projects concurrently is a plus.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools is advantageous.

• Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design practices is beneficial.

• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Critical thinking skills regarding product decisions, priorities, and processes.

• Ability to balance product vision with delivery execution.

• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive alignment across teams.
