Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Become a part of a committed team comprising Polish and British developers, testers, DevOps engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters who are creating cutting-edge document management software to enhance clinical research.

• Establish a product vision that aligns with pharmaceutical IT solutions.

• Prioritize the product backlog according to value and compliance requirements.

• Bridge the gap between IT teams and pharmaceutical stakeholders.

• Guarantee the delivery of dependable and compliant software solutions.

• Refine products through the utilization of feedback and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Owner in software development projects.

• Capability to transform business and regulatory requirements into clear specifications.

• Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies within IT settings.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and domain stakeholders.

• A structured and analytical mindset with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.

• Experience with IT systems tailored for the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.

• Fundamental understanding of regulated environments (e.g., GxP).

• Background in managing complex or enterprise-scale systems.

• Awareness of security and data privacy standards.

• Experience collaborating with international teams.
