Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.

• Ensure that requirements are comprehensively understood, meticulously planned, and effectively delivered.

• Assist in product delivery for a client in the banking sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, ideally collaborating closely with software development teams.

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle along with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Practical experience with Jira.

• Experience in creating and managing well-organized backlogs.

• Capability to convert high-level business concepts into clear, actionable requirements and development tasks.

• Proficient in understanding and conveying complex product requirements to technical teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Competence in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and additional Agile ceremonies.

• Strong ownership mentality, taking responsibility for a feature from conception to delivery.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in English.
