This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assess and prioritize initiatives based on their impact on the business.
• Design, implement, and evaluate experiments (A/B testing).
• Track essential metrics and enhance landing page performance.
• Establish requirements for new features on the platform.
• Collaborate effectively across various teams, including product, design, development, and analytics.
• Present findings to stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities.
• Enhance product processes and foster a culture of delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in product strategy and ownership of roadmaps.
• Strong skills in prioritization and making data-driven decisions.
• Practical experience with experimentation and tools for A/B testing.
• Comprehensive understanding of product metrics, unit economics, and digital marketing.
• Experience with analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS), APIs, and tracking methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or equivalent tools.
• Insight into UX/UI principles and user journey design.
