Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

• Evaluate business challenges and pinpoint opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collect, document, and convert business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications.

• Establish requirements for system upgrades, integrations, workflows, reports, forms, and data migrations.

• Work in collaboration with Product Management, clients, and end users to clarify product vision and business needs.

• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and meetings with stakeholders.

• Aid in solution design by partnering closely with development teams and technical architects.

• Create project plans, timelines, and milestones while monitoring overall project progress.

• Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure the timely achievement of project goals.

• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), test planning, and training for end users.

• Maintain thorough project documentation and update stakeholders on project status.

• Evaluate enhancement requests and identify the most effective implementation strategies.

• Engage in feasibility studies, solution presentations, and system demonstrations.

• Address production issues and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role.

• In-depth knowledge of CCM (Customer Communications Management) platforms.

• Experience with OpenText solutions and Pre-Processor technologies.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience in Agile work environments.

• Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Visio.

• Professional working proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent).
