Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Draft functional requirements and validate rule tickets in collaboration with the PPO (Proxy Product Owner)

• Engage in releases across various environments

• Oversee functional and regression testing of deliverables for each sprint

• Execute functional administration duties

• Collaborate with data provider systems during the design phases and when examining reported anomalies

• Interact with end users during design phases and when probing reported anomalies

• Actively engage in meetings (COMOP, functional workshops, retrospectives, etc.)

• Take charge of creating and maintaining project progress tracking metrics

• Assist in fostering a trusting relationship with the RUN team, upstream IT systems, and our consumers

• Keep documentation of our processes up to date

• Contribute to the consistency and continuous enhancement of the Passenger Information chain

• Aid in data quality improvement initiatives

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of the unit and in bolstering team spirit

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) or an equivalent qualification

• Approximately 7 years of experience, preferably in transport systems and/or Passenger Information services

• Capability to manage products effectively

• Familiarity with current technical topics (AI, Data, etc.)

• Proficient in analyzing issues and proposing simple, effective solutions

• Strong grasp of information systems and back-office components (reference data, data flows and exchanges, web services, etc.)

• Experience in project management (Scrum) and comfortable working within Agile environments

• Ideally, functional expertise in the Passenger Information sector
