This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Functional Analysis: Gather, assess, and consolidate business requirements into concise, detailed, and prioritized user stories.

• Technical Connection: Work alongside technical teams to elaborate user stories at both functional and technical levels, ensuring clarity and feasibility of requirements.

• Backlog Management: Uphold a clearly defined and prioritized backlog that aligns with product goals, utilizing agile methodologies such as Scrum.

• Participation in Agile Ceremonies: Engage in refinement, planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, promoting team comprehension and addressing inquiries.

• Support for Estimations: Aid the team in estimating user stories and tasks, facilitating efficient sprint planning.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, collecting feedback and aligning expectations.

• Prioritization: Recognize and prioritize high-impact functionalities, optimizing delivered business value.

• Effective Communication: Grasp and articulate end-user needs, propose innovative solutions, and guarantee the product provides tangible value.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or in comparable roles within agile teams.

• Strong capabilities in functional analysis and a background in defining user stories.

• Adequate technical knowledge to collaborate with development teams and specify technical requirements.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience in managing product backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and working with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication abilities to engage with stakeholders and development teams.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with project and backlog management tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.

• Basic understanding of UX/UI and user-centered design principles.

• Knowledge of DevOps principles and continuous delivery practices.

• Fluent English (Mandatory).
