Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the PaydFlex product roadmap.

• Collaborate directly with hotel operators, HR departments, finance teams, and operations managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of workflow challenges.

• Convert operational needs into precise product specifications and user stories.

• Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.

• Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Lead sprint planning, manage backlog grooming, conduct acceptance testing, and oversee release planning.

• Evaluate product usage, operational metrics, and customer feedback to continuously enhance the platform.

• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and AI for automating manual workflows.

• Ensure that new features enhance operational efficiency and alleviate administrative burdens for customers.

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner.

• Proven experience with SaaS, HRTech, FinTech, Payroll, Workforce Management, or Operations platforms.

• Strong grasp of user workflows and the design of operational processes.

• Experience in crafting user stories, PRDs, and managing agile development methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Skilled in prioritizing tasks effectively in a startup setting.

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution.

• Preferred: Experience in the hospitality, staffing, gig economy, or workforce management sectors.

• Knowledge of payroll systems, attendance systems, or HR operations.

• Experience working with Go, APIs, or backend technical teams.

• Familiarity with AI-driven workflow automation.

• Experience in startup environments.
