Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that business requirements are in sync with technology deliverables.

• Prioritize user stories and technical specifications, making certain that the product and development teams focus on delivering maximum value.

• Lead exploratory processes to validate assumptions and gain insights into user challenges prior to implementation.

• Manage the expectations of leadership and associated departments by effectively communicating product progress and key milestones.

• Track performance KPIs and outcomes to facilitate data-informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Dual Track Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or ClickUp) along with business and technical documentation.

• Understanding of journey mapping techniques, user interviews, and prototyping tools (such as Figma).

• Capability to analyze metrics (OKRs) and utilize analytics tools.
