Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and continuously enhance the product backlog

• Ensure that work items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development

• Convert business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to maintain timely delivery

• Analyze business requests, player behavior, and product performance

• Recognize opportunities to enhance the user experience

• Validate requirements, question assumptions, and recommend solutions

• Investigate product issues, assess trade-offs, and provide recommendations

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, Design, and business stakeholders

• Collect and clarify requirements throughout the product lifecycle

• Partner with QA teams to ensure that features align with business requirements and meet quality standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product roles within the iGaming industry

• Strong experience collaborating with Agile development teams

• Capability to transform business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tickets

• Confident communicator with the ability to challenge assumptions effectively

• Proactive ownership and problem-solving mindset

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar product delivery platforms

• Availability to work from 10:00 to 18:00 CEST/CET, regardless of location

• Nice to have: Experience with FullStory, BI dashboards, or other product analytics tools

• Nice to have: Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation methodologies

• Nice to have: Basic understanding of software development processes

• Nice to have: CSPO, SAFe Product Owner, or similar Agile certification
