Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the vision and implementation of software products.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

• Specify product requirements and prioritize items in the backlog.

• Provide valuable solutions that fulfill customer needs and promote business growth.

• Act as a liaison between business goals and technical execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in software development.

• Collaborate with our full-time Product Managers to gain a deep understanding of epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UI/UX objectives.

• Act as the primary product representative for contractor engineering teams, quickly clarifying requirements and resolving uncertainties.

• Participate in standups, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure development aligns with product goals.

• Identify scope changes, obstacles, or misalignments early and escalate as necessary.

• Review completed work against acceptance criteria prior to progression.
