Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Act as a Product Owner for 1-2 development teams.

• Prioritize backlogs for the development teams.

• Engage in Scrum activities, including sprint planning and demo meetings.

• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to grasp business requirements.

• Create comprehensive requirements for development teams through UML/workflow diagrams, user stories, and use cases.

• Oversee UI prototyping and graphic design coordination.

• Participate in roadmap planning initiatives.

• Communicate project statuses to stakeholders while managing their expectations.

• Plan releases and oversee delivery to operations and customers.

• Lead cross-team projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a product owner, project manager, or business analyst in the IT sector.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills to process information from various sources and formulate clear, explicit requirements.

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate effective group meetings.

• Robust technical aptitude, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience and skills in project management.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably focusing on Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
