This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for the ongoing enhancement of the in-house Leadbase lead-matching software aimed at automated customer acquisition.
• Ensure the development process is smooth and that developers' priorities are properly aligned.
• Design new features independently.
• Collect requirements from business units and users, translating them into clear work packages such as tickets and mockups.
• Test new features to ensure functionality and quality.
• Support the release process and take responsibility for the go-live phase.
• Serve as the liaison between IT, business units, and external service providers to guarantee transparent communication.
• Regularly update stakeholders on the status of development.
• Identify, design, and implement AI applications from initial concept to production.
• Maintain the backlog and continuously prioritize tickets within the technical team.
• Independently implement smaller enhancements from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Establish regular communication formats, such as status updates and release notes.
• Own significant Leadbase features or product initiatives from conception to rollout.
• Identify AI use cases and execute process optimizations.
• Contribute to the product strategy for Lead Matching and related modules such as Dialer, Multi-Channel, and Partner API.
• Successfully launch strategic initiatives and at least one AI solution into production.
• Act as the primary contact point for product-related inquiries concerning Leadbase.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an agile environment.
• Ideally, prior experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong technical comprehension.
• Initial exposure to artificial intelligence or a keen interest in practical AI applications for the enterprise context.
• Ability to convert complex requirements into clear tasks and priorities.
• Structured and proactive approach to work.
• Confident and articulate communication skills, even regarding technical topics and with varied stakeholders.
• Passion for data-driven digital products.
• Motivation to actively drive initiatives forward and implement sustainable improvements.
