Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Connect strategy, business, and technology to ensure that the initiatives developed align with customers' objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, developers, and leadership to enhance clarity, alignment, and effective prioritization of requests.

• Build, organize, and manage the product backlog.

• Compose and refine user stories along with acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and rituals.

• Align stakeholder expectations and needs.

• Participate in defining and evolving the product roadmap.

• Assist in discovery processes and requirements gathering.

• Provide clear context for the development team.

• Manage dependencies across teams and initiatives.

• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Monitor metrics and outcomes from delivered work.

• Support decision-making through analysis and data insights.

• Promote ongoing alignment between business, technology, and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar positions.

• Familiarity with digital products, web platforms, or mobile applications.

• Experience in corporate settings with multiple stakeholders.

• Proven track record in building, refining, and prioritizing backlogs.

• Capability to convert business needs into clear requirements for engineering teams.

• Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent).

• Skillful in facilitating alignment and negotiations between business and technology sectors.

• Experience managing dependencies among teams and initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills for making data- and context-driven decisions.

• Knowledge of product and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
