Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Establish objectives and formulate a vision for development initiatives

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, business leaders, stakeholders, and the development team

• Clearly articulate goals and ensure the product vision aligns with business aims

• Manage and prioritize backlog tasks according to overarching strategy and business goals

• Collaborate with the project coordinator to outline project dependencies and determine the required development order

• Assess project priorities and stakeholder demands based on scope, budget, and timeline

• Comprehend and foresee client requirements to effectively manage the development workflow

• Supervise product development throughout planning, refinement, review, and sprint stages

⛳️ Requirements

• Four (4) years of relevant or software support experience

• An Associate’s Degree or higher, or 4+ years of experience in software support

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proactive self-starter with the capability to juggle multiple tasks, manage workload, take ownership, and achieve results amidst competing priorities

• Proven leadership and initiative with a positive disposition

• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage various responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field preferred

• 2+ years of management experience preferred

• 2+ years of experience in project management preferred

• An Associate’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline

• Must possess 4 years of Software Support Experience
