Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for enhancing the business value of Data & Artificial Intelligence solutions on Azure Cloud, serving as the bridge between business, technology, and program governance within the Agile methodology (Scrum).

• Collaborates closely with the Program Manager and the Lead Agile Master, ensuring that the program's strategic vision is accurately reflected in prioritized backlogs, incremental deliveries, and measurable business outcomes.

• Represents the business sectors within the Data & AI program, taking ownership of the product vision.

• Establishes, prioritizes, and maintains the Product Backlog in alignment with the program's strategic roadmap and business goals.

• Works in tight partnership with the Program Manager to ensure alignment among strategic priorities, dependencies, and both medium- and long-term planning.

• Partners with the Lead Agile Master and the squad Scrum Master to guarantee clarity regarding requirements, sprint objectives, and acceptance criteria.

• Elaborates and refines user stories, epics, and features pertinent to data, analytics, AI, machine learning, and Azure Cloud solutions.

• Ensures that functional and non-functional requirements (security, LGPD, compliance, and quality) are effectively integrated into the backlog.

• Actively engages in Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Review, Refinement, Retrospective), validating deliveries and facilitating priority adjustments.

• Formally accepts team deliveries, confirming that increments provide tangible business value.

• Aids in stakeholder management by communicating progress, impacts, and benefits of delivered solutions.

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology (Product Owner role).

• Competence in managing Product Backlogs, roadmaps, and value-based prioritization.

• Familiarity with Data & AI solutions on Azure Cloud.

• Analytical mindset centered on data, metrics, and value creation.

• Experience in requirements management within complex and regulated environments.

• Effective communication skills between technical teams and business units.
